**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and talented Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

-   Proactively monitor and track all relevant government, institutional, and private sector tender portals and publications to identify bidding opportunities.
-   Own the full tender preparation process, gathering all required regulatory, legal, financial, and commercial documents. Ensure 100% compliance with all tender specifications, deadlines, and local regulations.
-   Collaborate with the Market Access and Finance teams to finalize the optimal competitive pricing strategy and cost calculation for each bid, adhering to mandated price ceilings and contract profitability targets.
-   Facilitate the legal finalization and execution of awarded contracts. Communicate terms clearly to the Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance departments for fulfillment.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

-   Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in tender management, bids, and contract administration within the pharmaceutical industry
-   Fluency in English is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
