**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven **Sourcing Manager** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, implement, and monitor sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
-   Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
-   Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to optimize terms and conditions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, and Finance to align sourcing activities with company requirements.
-   Lead risk management initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
-   Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the sourcing process.
-   Prepare and present sourcing performance and cost-saving reports to senior management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
-   Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing and vendor development.
-   Strong experience in raw materials and packaging sourcing. 
-   Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract development skills.
-   Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance to make strategic sourcing decisions.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
-   Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
-   Fluency in English is required.
