Job Summary  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Production Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Follow up on the entire production process: starting from raw material weighing, through processing, tablet compression, capsule filling, sachet filling, blistering, packaging, and ending with final delivery to the warehouse.
-   Supervise production technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety procedures.
-   Ensure proper cleaning and setup of machines as per work instructions before starting production.
-   Monitor production conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, machine logbooks) and report any malfunctions or deviations.
-   Ensure accurate and complete batch documentation in real time, Report and follow up on machine issues or infrastructure problems.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

-   0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Result-oriented personality with team working ability & resilience.
-   Fluency in spoken & written English is required, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional (word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
