Job Summary:**

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across the cluster, ensuring timely delivery, effective governance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with strategic business priorities. The role will support accelerated market launch, operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on patient access and business impact.

**Tasks and Duties:**

-   Drive Strategic Project Delivery by planning, coordinating, and monitoring cross-functional projects to ensure at least 95% are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
-   Accelerate Innovation & Market Readiness by supporting project execution that reduces development timelines and facilitates timely product launches while ensuring compliance with SFDA and MOH requirements.
-   Strengthen Governance & Stakeholder Collaboration through regular governance meetings, effective communication channels, and proactive alignment of stakeholders on strategic objectives.
-   Provide Business Insights & Reporting by developing dashboards, performance reports, and actionable recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and financial objectives.
-   Identify and Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives by introducing innovative solutions, preparing project charters, and driving projects through PMO stage-gate processes.
-   Enhance Operational Excellence by tracking action plans, resolving project challenges, maintaining communication rhythms, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
-   3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or a cross-functional role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
-   Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different functions while maintaining timelines and priorities.
-   Strong analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience in dashboard development, project tracking, Excel, and data analysis.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
-   Knowledge of SFDA regulations and the Saudi pharmaceutical market is preferred; very good English proficiency is required, and Arabic is considered an advantage.
