Job Summary  
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven **Line Sales Manager- CNS** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.

  
Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead, coach, and empower the CNS sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
-   Drive effective execution of brand strategies and ensure field force excellence across assigned territories.
-   Build and strengthen strategic relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other key healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness and expand market presence.
-   Monitor sales performance, analyze market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities to maximize business results.
-   Develop and implement territory and sales action plans aligned with brand objectives and market needs.
-   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical, to ensure effective strategy execution and sustainable business growth.
-   Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable ethical standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
-   Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including experience in managerial roles.
-   Strong background in Specialty Care, with proven CNS (Central Nervous System) experience required.
-   Demonstrated ability to influence treatment decisions, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a high degree of adaptability and agility.
