**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Project Manager**to join our dynamic team. 

The Project Manager will own end-to-end project management of the GSC transformation portfolio — including Transformation workstreams, Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, and digital/AI rollouts — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear governance. This role gives structure and discipline to GSC's transformation agenda, freeing the CSCO to focus on strategic direction and cross-functional escalations rather than day-to-day project tracking.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the GSC project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
-   Monitor project progress, risks, KPIs, and governance activities.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve dependencies.
-   Support continuous improvement and change management across GSC.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 

-   PMPcertification and tech savvy strongly preferred. 

-   5–8 years' project/program management experience, ideally within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or supply chain transformation environments. 

-   Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or other CI methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, root-cause analysis) a strong advantage. 

-   Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel; experience with Oracle-based supply chain systems a plus.
