Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Senior Product Owner** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.  
  

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of AI products from idea validation through launch and adoption, such as owning & maintaining product backlog, writing user stories, working with Data Science & Engineering teams, monitoring progress & validating results 
-   Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate them into actionable product features, 
-   The candidate will be the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment. He will be responsible for communicating priorities & delivery timelines, training stakeholders & End users on new products, driving adoption, and collecting feedback to ensure continuous improvement
-   Define clear KPIs for measuring product performance and adoption 
-   Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
-   5-7 years of experience in product management or product owner, with 1+ years focused on AI or data products.
-   Strong track record of delivering products from concept to launch with measurable business outcomes.
-   Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).  
    Strong ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-   Experience working closely with data science and engineering teams and strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts and workflows; technical background is a plus.
