**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled **Local Purchasing Specialist** to manage procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, achieving cost savings, and maintaining compliance with company policies and approved budgets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Review purchase requisitions and ensure alignment with approved budgets, specifications, and procurement policies.
-   Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed pricing, quantities, and commercial terms.
-   Manage supplier relationships, identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
-   Analyze supplier quotations, conduct technical and commercial comparisons, and negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to achieve the best value and cost savings.
-   Maintain accurate procurement records and reports while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
    
-   Good knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing policies, and supplier management.
    
-   Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    
-   Excellent English proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; knowledge of Oracle ERP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
