**Job Summary  
**We are seeking a passionate and talented **Senior Data Analytics Lead** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

-   Lead end-to-end analytics from problem framing to insight delivery, adoption, and KPI/ROI tracking.
-   Build and optimize Power BI models, Python analytics workflows, and advanced Excel analyses.
-   Apply hypothesis-driven analysis to uncover root causes and deliver actionable recommendations.
-   Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and reproducibility across analytics outputs.
-   Mentor analysts and collaborate with Data Engineering/Data Science to operationalize insights and AI/ML outputs.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus. 7–10+years in analytics/BI with measurable impact, including 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
-   Expert in Power BI (data modeling, performance optimization, deployments), strong SQL, and modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
-   Proficient in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization, plus **advanced Excel** (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas); Git and testing experience.
-   Proven problem solver with root-cause analysis, KPI design, executive dashboards, and translating business goals into analytical solutions.
-   Strong communicator and leader with data storytelling skills, stakeholder influence, high data integrity, continuous improvement mindset; AI/ML and regulated-industry experience a plus.
