### **Job Summary:**

We are looking for skilled **production Planner** to Support the execution of weekly production plans by ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and material availability.

### **Key responsibilities:**

-   Support production planning activities and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

-   Conduct capacity analysis and support scenario planning to optimize production resources.
-   Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability.
-   Monitor and analyze key planning KPIs, including Plan Adherence, OTIF, and Capacity Utilization.
-   Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production execution.
-   Identify planning gaps and support corrective actions to improve production efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
-   0–2 years of experience in Production Planning, Production, or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
-   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong ERP knowledge; Oracle experience is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and material availability.
-   Approval from the Direct Manager is required for internal candidates.
