**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Sourcing Professional** to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a qualified, compliant, and cost-effective supplier base.**
-   **Lead sourcing activities for product development and commercial projects to ensure timely material availability and successful launches.**
-   **Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence through strategic sourcing and continuous improvement.**
-   **Lead the sourcing team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and support organizational growth.**

## Requirements

-    Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Master’s or MBA preferred). 
-    4-6 years in pharmaceutical sourcing or procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. 
-   Proven experience in sourcing for regulated markets (EU, USA, GCC) and in accelerating development-to-launch timelines 
-    In-depth knowledge of API, excipient, and different pharmaceutical developments  
-    Strong negotiation and supplier management skills focused on speed, quality, and cost balance. 
-   Expertise in GMP, ICH, and international compliance frameworks. 
-    Advanced proficiency in Oracle systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI). 
-    Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. 
-    Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
