## Description

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain the web applications our business runs on. You'll work across the entire stack data models and APIs on the backend, interfaces on the frontend, and the pipelines that get it all to production.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll ship features end to end and have a direct say in how we build what comes next.

### Responsibilities

-   Build and maintain features end to end using PHP/Laravel and Vue.js
-   Design data models and write performant queries against PostgreSQL and Oracle DB
-   Build and consume REST APIs, and integrate with internal and third-party services
-   Deploy and operate applications on AWS or Oracle.
-   Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines so releases are repeatable and low-drama
-   Automate manual steps in the development and deployment workflow
-   Write tests and take part in code review as both author and reviewer
-   Work through the delivery cycle in Jira with product and QA refining, estimating, keeping status honest
-   Debug production issues, find root causes, and fix them so they don't come back
-   Contribute to decisions on architecture, tooling, and technical standards

## Requirements

-   3+ years of professional full stack web development experience
-   Strong PHP skills with production Laravel experience Eloquent, queues, migrations, testing
-   Solid frontend experience with Vue.js components, state management, API integration
-   Strong relational database skills schema design, indexing, and query optimization
-   Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle DB
-   Experience deploying and running applications on AWS
-   Fluent with Git and GitHub branching strategies, pull requests, code review
-   Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation
-   Familiarity with Jira and agile delivery
-   Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving mindset
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Ownership mentality and proactive approach to execution
-   Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teammates

### Nice to Have

-   Experience working across both Oracle and PostgreSQL, or migrating between them
-   PL/SQL and stored procedure experience
-   Docker and containerized deployments
-   Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
-   Automated testing at scale PHPUnit/Pest, Cypress, or similar
-   Monitoring, observability, and performance tuning
-   Experience using AI tools to improve development speed and workflows
-   Product-oriented mindset and UX awareness
-   Startup or small-company experience
