### What are we looking for?

We are seeking a curious, analytical, and resourceful student who wants hands-on experience supporting finance and business decisions in the sports and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable turning data into actionable insights.

This is a paid, in-person internship at our Houston, TX headquarters, lasting 10–12 weeks during Summer 2027.

### What would you do?

-   Support financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis projects.
-   Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data; prepare reports and presentations that communicate key insights.
-   Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, operational opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
-   Help improve reporting processes and analytical tools used to support business decisions.

## Requirements

### What is required to succeed?

-   Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
-   Proficiency with Claude and Excel; experience with financial modeling, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
-   Interest in sports, live entertainment, and data-driven business decisions.

·       Commitment to working in person in our Houston office for the full-time, 10–12-week Summer 2027 program.
