**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and resourceful individuals who want to be part of our growing company and dynamic industry. The desired candidate is professional and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage high-volume payment operations accurately and the analytical skill to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.

**What would you do?**

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will work closely with the Controller and Accounting team to own payment operations for the teams, leagues, and event company partners we work with — including settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and reporting that keep our ticket revenue business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Own AR/AP management, running all pay runs and holding weekly check-ins with business units to validate settlements
- Manage deal reconciliation and monthly settlements across all leagues and partners, ensuring internal and external agreement on every payment event
- Analyze partner and league contracts in real time and maintain accurate, current payment schedules; monitor the Balance Sheet and Vendor Balance Summary reports to confirm partners are adhering to schedule
- Own cash reconciliation and reconcile remittance reports against sales data across all partners
- Partner with Operations on a weekly basis to identify cancellations, clawbacks, and unpaid orders
- Maintain AR remittance files for audit support and Ops requests, and own month-end AR entries
- File monthly sales taxes, manage marketplace collection follow-up, and support the cash flow forecasting model
- Validate outbound wire information as a defense against phishing and fraud attempts, and ensure vendor invoices are reviewed, saved, and tracked to support billing-trend analysis

## Requirements

**What is required to succeed?**

- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CTP a plus
- 4-5 years of overall experience in accounting, accounts payable, or treasury operations, including 2-3 years in a senior associate-level role
- Experience managing settlements and reconciliations against contracts with varying payment terms
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
- Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Ability to successfully prioritize deadlines across a high volume of partners and leagues, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Must be able to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, with strong skills in Excel required
