## Description

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven **Business Development Manager** to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security industry professional to play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

-   Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
-   Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
-   Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
-   Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
-   Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
-   Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
-   Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
-   Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
-   Develop new clients into company accounts.
-   Deliver achievable and realistic forecasts to the Management Team.
-   Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

## Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in business development within the security industry and be passionate about developing strategic client relationships that deliver tangible business growth. Most importantly, the successful candidate is likeable, confident, hard-working and able to drive themselves to exceed goals.

Additional essential skills and experience required:

-   Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
-   Ability to independently build a compliant quote using quoting software.
-   Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
-   Must have extensive and demonstratable commercial awareness, knowledge, and ability.
-   Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
-   Market and industry knowledge.
-   Communication and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to build rapport.
-   Time management and planning skills.
