## Description

The Project Coordinator at Evolution Security is responsible for supporting project planning and execution across various operational facets. This role involves coordinating with project managers, operations teams, and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and projects.

The Coordinator will assist with scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and documentation to maintain smooth project workflows. This is a pivotal position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate project schedules and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
-   Assist in procurement and vendor management to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
-   Support invoicing processes, budget tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
-   Liaise with internal teams and external clients to communicate project statuses and resolve issues.
-   Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-   Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
-   Clean driving license and current passport preferred.
