## Description

Evolve Security is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Success and Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, keeping projects organized, solving problems before they become problems, and making sure clients feel confident from kickoff through completion.

The Client Success Manager is a hybrid role that blends client success, project management, and account management. It is a client-facing delivery role that keeps cybersecurity engagements moving from kickoff to closeout.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping guide cybersecurity engagements through the delivery lifecycle while ensuring expectations, timelines, scope, communication, and client satisfaction stay on track. You will work closely with security engineers, delivery leadership, and business development to ensure client engagements are clearly scoped, well-communicated, and successfully delivered. This role requires someone who can balance structure with flexibility, details with relationships, and client advocacy with operational discipline.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout active engagements, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the delivery process.
-   Manage client expectations, project scope, communication cadence, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with the Statement of Work.
-   Own the client communication rhythm, including kickoff calls, status updates, project meetings, follow-ups, closeout conversations, and escalation communication.
-   Partner closely with security engineers and delivery leaders to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high-quality client experience.
-   Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders by learning their business, communication preferences, priorities, and goals.
-   Identify and escalate risks related to scope, schedule, responsiveness, client satisfaction, delivery expectations, or renewal health.
-   Support client onboarding and project readiness by ensuring required information, access, documentation, and stakeholder alignment are in place.
-   Support Quarterly Security Reviews, client check-ins, renewal preparation, and other client success activities as assigned.
-   Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and strengthen the overall client journey.
-   Recognize potential expansion, renewal, or additional service opportunities and communicate those insights to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
-   Help improve internal processes, communication standards, project quality, and delivery consistency.

**What Success Looks Like**

In this role, success means clients know where things stand, what happens next, and who to go to when they need support. Internally, success means delivery teams have the information they need, risks are surfaced early, communication is consistent, and client expectations are actively managed.

A successful Client Success Manager will help create a client experience that is organized, responsive, transparent, and professional. You will be trusted by clients, relied on by internal teams, and known for keeping engagements moving without unnecessary drama.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   3+ years of experience in client success, project management, service delivery, account management, professional services, or a similar client-facing role.
-   Experience managing client-facing projects, including project plans, timelines, communication plans, action items, and stakeholder expectations.
-   Experience working with Statements of Work, project scopes, deliverables, and client commitments.
-   Experience working directly with clients, including executive stakeholders, technical contacts, and cross-functional business teams.
-   Experience managing relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams is a plus.
