**What is our proposal?**

Our department, **Business Excellence**, is an integral part of the Operations team. Our main goal is to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute strategic initiatives that drive both short- and mid-term growth for Exoticca.

As a truly 360° operational role, you will work transversally with teams across all departments. We are currently looking for an eager, motivated, and organized **Business Excellence Intern** who wants to gain hands-on experience in business operations while supporting Exoticca in its fast-growing journey.

**What will you do?**

-   Support the Business Excellence team with regular operational reporting and KPI monitoring.
-   Help prepare and update reports using Excel, Looker and Power BI.
-   Assist with weekly follow-up of operational topics, identifying relevant updates or issues.
-   Support the analysis of business data and help prepare insights and simple recommendations.
-   Participate in the monitoring of budgets, discounts and operational inefficiencies.
-   Collaborate with different teams to gather information and support ongoing improvement projects.

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (eligible for an internship agreement).

-   Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate across different teams.
-   Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
-   Fluency in Spanish, English is a Must.
-   Able to commit to a 4-hour daily schedule (part-time) for a minimum of 3 months.
