## Description

### About the Role

We are seeking experienced IT Business & Technical Support Specialists to support various operational departments within a leading government entity. The selected candidates will work closely with business users and IT teams to deliver technical solutions, system enhancements, reporting, automation initiatives, and user support services.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
-   Support application enhancements and system development initiatives.
-   Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
-   Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions.
-   Support system integration activities and API-related projects.
-   Participate in testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities.
-   Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
-   Assist in AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
-   Prepare functional and technical documentation.
-   Deliver end-user training and ongoing support.

### Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-   3–8+ years of relevant IT experience.
-   Experience in one or more of the following:

-   Data Analysis & Reporting
-   Power BI / Dashboard Development
-   System Integration & APIs
-   Application Development
-   Artificial Intelligence & Automation
-   Business Analysis
-   Technical Support & Troubleshooting
-   Software Testing & Implementation

-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-   Arabic and English language proficiency is highly preferred.
-   Previous experience within government entities, education institutions, or large operational environments is an advantage.
