### Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager – Digital Identity Innovation & Standards to lead the strategy, innovation, and product development of next-generation digital identity solutions. This role combines product leadership, AI-driven innovation, and global standards expertise to shape secure, scalable, and standards-based digital identity ecosystems.

The successful candidate will drive product vision and roadmap development, translate emerging technologies and regulatory requirements into market-leading solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital identity products.

## Requirements

### Product Strategy, Innovation & Roadmap

-   Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital identity solutions, including mobile wallets, digital credentials, identity verification platforms, and emerging AI-enabled identity technologies.
-   Identify market opportunities through customer insights, industry trends, and technological advancements.
-   Lead innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and pilot programs focused on AI-powered identity solutions.
-   Partner with engineering, architecture, business development, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to market.
-   Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-   Prioritize features and capabilities while balancing innovation, customer needs, compliance, and business objectives.
-   Monitor emerging technologies, AI models, security frameworks, and digital identity trends to maintain product competitiveness.

### Standards & Ecosystem Leadership

-   Represent the organization in international standards and industry forums related to digital identity and trust services.
-   Translate global standards and regulatory frameworks into actionable product requirements.
-   Participate in working groups and industry initiatives to influence future standards and best practices.
-   Establish strategic relationships with governments, technology providers, ecosystem partners, and industry alliances.
-   Ensure products remain aligned with evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.

### takeholder & Cross-Functional Management

-   Collaborate closely with software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams.
-   Drive product planning, execution, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
-   Define product KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs.
-   Present product strategies, business cases, and roadmap updates to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

### Qualifications

### Experience

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
-   10+ years of experience in Product Management, with exposure to Digital Identity, Security, FinTech, Trust Services, or related technology domains.
-   Proven experience launching and managing complex technology products from concept to commercialization.

-   Experience working with digital identity standards, authentication technologies, or credential management platforms.
-   Strong background collaborating with engineering and architecture teams on enterprise-scale technology solutions.
-   Experience engaging with industry standards organizations and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

-   Technical Knowledge

-   Understanding of digital identity ecosystems, verifiable credentials, mobile identity solutions, and trust frameworks.
-   Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs), computer vision, intelligent automation, and AI agents.
-   Familiarity with cryptography, PKI, authentication protocols, and secure identity architectures.
-   Understanding of privacy-enhancing technologies, selective disclosure mechanisms, and modern identity standards.
-   Experience with API-driven product platforms and integration architectures.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, FinTech, GovTech, Trust Services, or RegTech industries.
-   Exposure to global identity standards and interoperability frameworks.
-   Experience contributing to technical publications, patents, research initiatives, or industry working groups.
-   International stakeholder management experience across government and enterprise sectors.
