## Description

**Location :** DAS Island, Abu Dhabi  
**Rotation :** 3 months offshore / 14 days onshore  
**Mandatory** : ADNOC Approval Required

**Job Description:**  
We are seeking a qualified **Senior Site Engineer – Civil** to oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities on DAS Island. The role involves ensuring all works are executed in compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and HSE requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in offshore civil works, site supervision, and project coordination.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** or equivalent.
-   Minimum **7-8 years of experience** in civil construction, preferably within the **oil & gas / offshore** industry.
-   Prior work experience on **ADNOC projects** with **ADNOC approval** (mandatory).
-   Strong knowledge of **construction standards, QA/QC, and HSE compliance**.
-   Knowledge about **AutoCAD**, **MS Office**, and project documentation.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
-   Willing to work on **rotational shifts** (3 months offshore/14 days onshore).
