## Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong expertise in hospital and large-scale building projects, including interior design coordination, FFE, finishes, and façade/envelope systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical, coordination, and project delivery capabilities with proven GCC experience, preferably in Qatar.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead architectural design development and technical coordination for hospital and building projects.
-   Manage architectural packages including space planning, interior detailing, FFE coordination, finishes selection, and façade/envelope systems.
-   Review architectural drawings, specifications, material submissions, and shop drawings.
-   Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, interior design, and contractors.
-   Ensure compliance with project requirements, local authority regulations, healthcare standards, and international codes.
-   Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical problem-solving during all project phases.
-   Monitor site execution to ensure architectural quality, design intent, and finishing standards are maintained.
-   Support project management teams in resolving technical and commercial issues related to architectural scope.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
-   Minimum 12+ years of total experience in architectural design and project delivery.
-   Strong experience in hospital and large-scale building projects.
-   Expertise in:

-   FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
-   Interior Design coordination
-   Architectural finishes
-   Building façades and envelope systems

-   GCC experience is mandatory, preferably in Qatar.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other architectural software is preferred.
