## Description

**We're Hiring: Mechanical Supervisor – Lifting Equipment & Engine Overhaul**

We are seeking an experienced **Mechanical Supervisor** to lead maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, inspection, and overhaul activities for heavy lifting equipment and diesel engines.

### Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise maintenance and repair of:

-   Mobile Cranes
-   Forklifts
-   Telehandlers
-   Scissor Lifts
-   Boom Lifts / Manlifts

✅ Oversee diesel engine overhaul and rebuilding activities

✅ Lead troubleshooting, inspections, and root cause analysis

✅ Ensure compliance with HSE standards and lifting equipment safety regulations

✅ Supervise and mentor mechanics, hydraulic technicians, welders, and electricians

✅ Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, spare parts coordination, and KPI tracking

✅ Coordinate with operations, procurement, OEM representatives, and third-party inspectors

## Requirements

### Requirements:

🔹 Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related field

🔹 7–10 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy lifting equipment

🔹 3–5 years of supervisory experience

🔹 Hands-on expertise with:

-   Mobile Cranes
-   Forklifts
-   Telehandlers
-   Scissor Lifts & Manlifts
-   Diesel Engine Overhaul

🔹 Strong knowledge of:

-   Hydraulic Systems
-   Diesel Engines
-   Transmission & Brake Systems
-   Electrical/Electronic Control Systems
-   Load Handling Equipment

🔹 Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics and interpret OEM manuals

### Preferred Industry Experience:
