## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Architectural Site Engineer / Architectural Works Manager** to join large-scale building construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural works execution, site coordination, and project delivery across complex developments.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise all architectural site works in line with approved drawings and specifications
-   Ensure compliance with project quality standards and local authority regulations
-   Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and technical documentation
-   Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams
-   Monitor architectural finishes, façade systems, and fit-out works on site
-   Manage material approvals and ensure timely project execution
-   Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions
-   Ensure smooth coordination between all project stakeholders
-   Maintain adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards
-   Liaise with key clients and stakeholders, including major entities such as Qatar Energy where applicable

## Requirements

-   Degree in Architecture or related discipline
-   10–15+ years of experience in building construction projects (up to 20 years for senior roles).
-   Proven experience in large-scale and complex developments.
-   Strong background in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
-   Expertise in architectural finishes, façade systems, and fit-out works.
-   Experience in shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and site inspections.
-   Previous GCC experience required; Qatar experience preferred.
-   Valid MMUP/UPDA certification (mandatory where applicable).
-   Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
