## Description

We are hiring an Operations Coordinator / Pavilion Operations Officer (Arabic Speaker) for one of our clients on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile, large-scale operational environment during one of the region's most prominent seasonal events.

The role involves day-to-day on-site supervision of pavilion operations, including access and permit coordination, compliance inspections, emergency response coordination, and administrative and financial reporting support. Candidate’s with strong experience in **operations coordination, events, exhibitions, hospitality, customer service, or large-scale venue operations**. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and must be available to work weekends as required.

## Requirements

**Contract Duration:**  
Approximately **7 months**, commencing from **mid-September 2026 onwards.**

**Working Schedule:**  
The role requires **8 working hours per day, six days per week**. The schedule will include **weekends**, and operational coverage will be coordinated with the management team on a rotational basis where required. (Can take rotational 1 day week off in a week on weekdays only)

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Issue access cards for participants and employees, as well as entry and exit permits for goods and equipment, in coordination with Global Village management.

· Conduct daily on-site supervision of pavilion operations and ensure all outlets comply with approved opening and closing schedules.

· Carry out regular inspection rounds to monitor participants’ compliance with pavilion and Global Village operational requirements.

· Coordinate directly with Global Village management in emergency situations and follow up on security, cleaning, and overall service quality.

· Arrange emergency maintenance permits and media permits, while supporting participants with their operational requirements and resolving challenges promptly.

· Handle administrative activities, including updating participant and employee records and preparing daily operational status reports.

· Prepare and follow up on daily financial reports and coordinate with Global Village’s approved payment service provider, **Noqodi**.

· Perform any other operational or administrative duties required to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the pavilion.

**Candidates should be fluent Arabic speakers**.
