## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Coordinator** to work with one of our reputed clients in the UAE on an outsourced basis, supporting procurement and operational activities, including purchase order coordination, vendor follow-up, documentation, delivery tracking, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling multiple requirements and follow-ups efficiently.

## Requirements

**Job Responsibilities**

-   Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments and suppliers.
-   Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders and related documentation.
-   Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and coordinate for necessary approvals.
-   Follow up with vendors on orders, deliveries and pending requirements.
-   Track purchase orders and ensure materials/services are delivered within the required timelines.
-   Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other procurement documents.
-   Coordinate with technical, finance, operations and other relevant teams for smooth processing.
-   Assist with invoice verification and ensure supporting documents are available for payment processing.
-   Maintain supplier/vendor records and procurement trackers.
-   Handle day-to-day correspondence, follow-ups and administrative activities related to procurement.

**Qualification**

-   Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
-   Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
-   Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
-   Good documentation and organizational skills.
-   Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

**Experience**

-   Minimum **1–2 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchase Coordination, Sales Coordination, Operations Coordination or a similar role**, preferably in the UAE.
