## Description

### Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive **HR Manager** to join a leading **technical contracting company** based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing HR functions, developing company HR procedures, and supporting the organization's growth through effective people management practices.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide HR policies, procedures, and systems.
-   Establish and maintain HR frameworks in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company requirements.
-   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
-   Oversee employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and employee documentation.
-   Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management processes.
-   Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal company policies.
-   Support management in manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
-   Maintain personnel records and HR reporting systems.
-   Coordinate with department heads and project teams regarding staffing requirements.
-   Support payroll administration and employee benefits management as required.

### Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum **5–8 years of HR experience**, preferably within the **construction, technical contracting, MEP, engineering, or facilities management sectors**.
-   Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures from the ground up.
-   Strong experience in recruitment and employment contracts management.
-   Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
-   **Fluent in Arabic and English**; Arabic language skills are essential for this role.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
