## Description

We are seeking a talented **CAFM Specialist / CAFM Technical Support Specialist** to join one of our Clients from Government Sector of UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dedicated support resources, to operate and provide technical support for its existing CAFM system. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment.  
  
Contract Period: 9 - 12 Months

## Requirements

The main responsibilities will include:

1.  CAFM system administration and configuration.
2.  Asset management and preventive planned maintenance management.
3.  Work order workflow setup, monitoring, and administration.
4.  Help desk support and service request management.
5.  Preparation of KPI and SLA performance reports.
6.  User support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
7.  Coordination with the current CAFM system provider, Rosmiman.
8.  Supporting system users and ensuring smooth daily operation of the platform.
9.  Monitoring data quality, system performance, and operational compliance.
10.  Preparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate system records.  
       
     **The preferred candidates should have:**

-   Proven 5 years of experience working with CAFM or facilities management systems.
-   Strong knowledge of **asset management, PPM, work orders, help desk operations, KPIs, and SLAs**.
-   Experience in **CAFM system administration and user support**.
-   Good technical troubleshooting and reporting skills.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
-   Experience with R**osmiman CAFM** would be a strong advantage.
-   Good English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
-   Availability to join within a short period.
