### **Job Details & Role**

**About your service:** Work across services in surrounding suburbs of Gilles Plains, Findon, Beverley, Mount Barker and Strathalbyn.

**Hourly Rate:** $45.46 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $4.32 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

-   **Hours:** Work 2-3 shifts or more, across Before and After School Care.
-   **Vacation Care:** Flexible 38 Hours per week.
-   **Travel:** Work close to home
-   Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

### Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As our **OSHC Relief Service Coordinator** you will:

-   **Be the Visionary:** You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
-   **Safety First, Fun Always:** Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar. 
-   **Chef it up:** Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
-   **Champion Quality:** Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
-   **The Community Connector:** Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
-   **The Clockwork Catalyst:** Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

### What You Bring to the Mix

-   **The Qualification:** You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!

-   **The Essentials:** A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
