### **Work Location & Schedule**

## Requirements

-   **Active NMLS License** **OR** at least **3+ months of proven sales experience as a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA).**
-   Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills.
-   Driven mindset built for a high-volume, energetic, in-office production floor.
