### Roles and Responsibilities

Your mission will be to :

-   Plan and execute actions to recover outstanding payments.
-   Follow up with customers regarding overdue balances and identify high-risk accounts.
-   Ensure diligent monitoring and follow-up of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
-   Communicate with delinquent borrowers to establish and maintain effective repayment plans.
-   Actively listen to customers while keeping the conversation focused on collections.
-   Provide guidance on available payment options and recommend the most suitable methods.
-   Accurately document all relevant information from each conversation.
-   Negotiate payment terms or settlement timelines where necessary.
-   Build trust with debtors when possible to prevent future delinquencies.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 1 year of experience in Microfinance, Banking, or Fintech operations, with direct exposure to delinquent clients and problem-solving scenarios.
-   Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
-   Strong understanding of collection processes and strategies.
-   Excellent collaborator and team player.
-   Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-   Able to adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
-   Familiarity with collections systems is a plus.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
-   Hands-on experience in an outbound debt collections, sales, or customer service environment.
