## Description

**Onsite Maintenance Technician – Farbman Group**

**Farbman Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Onsite Maintenance Technician to join our team.** This position is based at an assigned commercial property and performs routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep the property safe, functional, and well maintained for tenants and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
-   Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment.
-   Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues.
-   Complete general repairs, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and door hardware.
-   Respond promptly to tenant service requests and maintenance emergencies.
-   Monitor building systems and report issues requiring additional attention.
-   Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
-   Maintain accurate records of completed work, equipment status, and supplies.
-   Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in good condition.
-   Follow safety procedures and applicable building codes.
-   Communicate regularly with the property manager and supervisor regarding maintenance needs and completed work.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in commercial property maintenance or a related field.
-   Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
-   Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide professional service to tenants.
-   Ability to perform physical maintenance duties, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors.
