### What You’ll Do

-   Build relationships and generate new business
-   Help clients select Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance solutions
-   Recruit and lead a licensed agency team
-   Manage daily operations and agency performance
-   Establish your agency as a trusted local business

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   At least one active Georgia insurance license: Property & Casualty or Life & Health  
    _(Willingness to obtain the additional required license with our support)_
-   Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or a customer-facing role
-   An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
-   Confidence prospecting and following up with potential clients
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills
