## Description

**Build trusted client relationships, drive commercial growth, and help financial services clients get greater value from innovative investment data and technology solutions.**

As an Account Manager at FE fundinfo, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients while developing a strong understanding of their businesses, challenges, and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships, identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, and work across Sales, Product and Data teams to deliver tailored solutions. This is a role where your commercial judgement, client focus and ability to understand complex products can directly influence both customer success and business growth.

**Your key responsibilities as an Account Manager will include:**

-   Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting retention and growth across those accounts.
-   Understanding client needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions and ensuring clients maximise the value of FE fundinfo’s products and services.
-   Identifying, qualifying and progressing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline information and supporting revenue growth.
-   Managing contract renewals, pricing discussions, amendments and cancellations, ensuring all client activity, actions and opportunities are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
-   Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product and Data teams to deliver effective client solutions, support new business activity and achieve positive commercial outcomes.
-   Monitoring account performance, pipeline activity and client risks while maintaining strong product, industry and market knowledge.

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Account Manager:**

-   You will have 1–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, pre-sales or a similar client-facing commercial role.
-   You will have experience working with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities and recommend solutions that deliver value.
-   You will have strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   You will have an interest in financial services and technology, with experience in financial software, data feeds, APIs or similar solutions being an advantage.
-   You will be commercially minded and proactive, with the confidence to identify opportunities, improve processes and build long-term client relationships.
