Working within our Engineering & Data Management function, you'll collaborate with colleagues across regions and contribute to continuous process improvements in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

**Your key responsibilities as an Data Analyst will include:**

-   Updating mutual fund information in internal databases accurately and within agreed timelines.
-   Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
-   Communicating with UK and offshore asset management companies through email and telephone.
-   Responding to client queries and providing timely clarifications based on priority and urgency.
-   Extracting, preparing, and delivering project-related reports as requested by management.
-   Supporting the team in maintaining service level agreements and operational excellence.

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Data Analyst:**

-   You will have a bachelor's degree in Commerce.
-   You will possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-   You will demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-   You will be able to work independently, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver against defined SLA standards with high accuracy.
-   You will be eager to learn new mutual fund concepts quickly, apply them effectively in your work, and collaborate actively within a team environment.
