## Description

Feeld is looking for a fixed term People Engagement Lead for a one-year parental leave. The ideal candidate is a highly organised, people-centred operator and excellent communicator who will help steward Feeld’s unique culture and employee experience for our global workforce. In this role, you will own the development and execution of new and ongoing initiatives that deepen engagement and connect our people to Feeld’s mission and values. You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer, People Partners (HRBPs), and stakeholders across the organisation to embed cultural best practices into the way teams work every day.

**What you will do:**

**Culture & Engagement Strategy**

- Design and implement engagement strategies rooted in Feeld’s values of openness, inclusivity, and authenticity.
- Serve as a culture ambassador: championing initiatives that deepen employee engagement, strengthen belonging, and elevate the overall Feeld experience.
- Spearhead Feeld’s employer brand strategy, identifying key opportunities for raising awareness of Feeld’s unique culture, and amplifying our employer value proposition to help attract and retain top talent.

**Employee Experience**

- Be a visible, credible presence for the People Team and Feeld’s culture, representing both in a distributed, remote-first environment.
- Own and drive employee engagement initiatives, using survey data and listening insights to identify opportunities and translate them into targeted action.
- Oversee and deliver imaginative virtual team events and celebrations that bring remote Feelders together in meaningful ways, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of team meetups and retreats, ensuring every Feelder experiences the real-world connection and impact these IRL moments are designed to create.
- Partner with the People Team, Internal Comms, and business stakeholders to craft clear, thoughtful communications around organisational changes, new initiatives, and anything else that shapes the employee experience.
- Help create clarity across the organisation by improving how information is shared, understood, and experienced across teams.

**Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging**

- Partner closely with the People Team and stakeholders at all levels to ensure DEIB principles are embedded across all programmes, initiatives, and processes.
- Apply a global lens to programme design, thoughtfully accounting for cultural nuances and regional differences to create truly inclusive experiences for all Feelders.
- Manage and strengthen Feeld’s relationships with external DEIB partners, ensuring those partnerships deliver real value and stay aligned with our evolving goals.

**People Analytics**

- Define and own Feeld’s internal survey strategy, ensuring People Team leadership maintains a clear, real-time view of organisational health in a way that is continuous and sustainable.
- Continuously measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and change management strategies, giving stakeholders the insight they need to make informed decisions.
- Analyse engagement survey results to provide Feeld leadership with clear, actionable insights and narratives, surfacing key themes, risks, and opportunities for both Senior Leadership and the wider team.

## Requirements

**About you:**

1. You are a skilled active listener who makes people feel genuinely heard and bring a deep, empathetic understanding of the employee experience to translate what people feel and need into practical, meaningful improvements.
2. You have a proven track record of taking ideas from concept to execution, driving cross-functional work forward with clarity. You are skilled at building project structures, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks — even in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
3. You are a self-directed operator who can manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing momentum. You balance big-picture thinking with sharp attention to detail, and your time management keeps complex projects on track across competing priorities.
4. You have a strong portfolio of designing and delivering employee engagement programmes, and event coordination across a dispersed workforce. You’re comfortable shaping and supporting key company moments ensuring they feel well-crafted, clear, and aligned with our culture.
5. You’re a strong communicator with a good instinct for clarity and tone, able to turn complex ideas and moments of change into communication that feels accessible and relevant to our people.
6. You have hands-on experience with change management methodologies and a track record of guiding global organisations through meaningful cultural transformation.
7. You stay genuinely curious about what’s emerging in Culture and Engagement — and you don’t just consume trends, you put them to work. You actively shape best practices that drive success at both an organisational and individual level.

## Benefits

### About us:

Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture. The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve and test things internally to see what works best for everyone.

### Our culture:

We believe in creating a safe work environment through humanity, fluidity, safety, transparency and progressiveness. When hiring, we look for culture add rather than culture fit.

Because we are a fully remote team, it’s especially important that we create an environment where our colleagues feel included and connected as humans.

### Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at Feeld:

Feeld promotes open-mindedness, inclusion, diversity and kindness, both in the world and among our own workforce.

We encourage and welcome applications from people with a history of marginalisation, whether because of race, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, national origin, disability (seen or unseen) or any confluence of intersectional identities.

Therefore, we offer our staff:

That is why we offer a compensation system that is transparent, honest, and equitable.  Additionally, we believe all humans deserve to earn a competitive wage, so we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year for any role that indexes below £60,000 GBP per year.

Estimated compensation for this role:

- Total cash compensation for this role varies by geographic location. We estimate the market-competitive compensation range for this position to be between £70,000 - £90,000 GBP.

### Our interview process:

- Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
- Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
- The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
- Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
- We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
- Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.

We understand we're asking you to invest your time and best efforts in our process, and are appreciative of getting the chance to better know who you are as a person and candidate. In return, we’re committed to offering transparent communication and prompt feedback as you navigate this application with us.
