We’re more than a global leader in AI-powered client lifecycle management—we’re reimagining how financial institutions tackle compliance. Our FinCrime Operating System, powered by agentic AI and intelligent automation, helps financial institutions move faster, act smarter, and stay safer across 120+ countries.

But we don’t stop there.

At Fenergo, we believe in a world where financial institutions aren’t just compliant—they’re confident. Where technology doesn’t just meet regulations—it stays ahead of them. Our mission is to empower financial institutions to stop financial crime and create a safer world.

Every product we build, every innovation we deliver, and every partnership we forge is shaped by that belief. We’re tackling some of the toughest challenges in financial technology. From speeding up onboarding to uncovering hidden risks, our work empowers banks to serve their customers with speed, integrity, and peace of mind.

Join us, and be part of a team that’s building smart solutions, solving real problems, and shaping the future—together.

**About the role**

Fenergo is committed to hiring the highest quality staff. From small beginnings, we have assembled an excellent team of business and technical staff who have enabled our company to grow rapidly on the international Financial Services stage. Over the last number of years, we have become the market leader in the Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Compliance arena.

We thrive on the challenge of building our product and continuously improving our people, processes and knowledge to meet the needs of our growing customer base. We are a young company, excited by the future, and we are looking for people who will share this journey with us. We have a number of opportunities that allow for rapid personal and career development for the right candidate.

The Client Solutions team works closely with our Global Sales Teams, who identify potential opportunities, and we then provide detailed business and technical support throughout the sales cycle. We also work closely with our Product team, identifying gaps and opportunities and contributing directly to the product roadmap and our future success.

This is a client-facing role. You will build relationships and act as the first point of contact with the client's stakeholders and subject matter experts. The role requires absolute professionalism in advising clients and guiding them through a multi-faceted change process, so that they see early and continuous value in their organisations.

**Core Responsibilities**

For each prospect engagement, you will work alongside the sales team and other internal stakeholders, including the regulatory team, professional services and a technical team, to guide the client through the following key tasks:

- Ensure that the Fenergo application is presented in the best light with new and existing customers.

- Deliver product demos that show how Fenergo can help clients achieve meaningful and rapid improvements in their organisation. This includes demo preparation, delivery and follow-up on outstanding questions.

- Understand client challenges and develop the solutions necessary to win new business.

- Lead and conduct onsite engagements to understand customer processes and requirements, and to facilitate architecture and solution discussions.

- Work with prospective clients to align their tactical and strategic challenges with the implementation of the Fenergo product across their organisation.

- Proactively scope the functional and technical requirements needed to address customer requirements, assess customers' met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimise value for both the customer and Fenergo.

- Maintain and expand your working knowledge of the Fenergo product, and provide feedback to the Product organisation on enhancements.

- Work with Sales Ops Support to complete RFx documents on behalf of the company.

- Use knowledge of competitive solutions to help the sales organisation propose the optimal solution for the customer.

- Ensure that the sales and professional services organisations are properly aligned to achieve client and sales objectives.

- Build strong relationships within the project team, client teams and the internal Product Management team.

- Keep abreast of product, regulatory and industry changes.

## Requirements

**Core Competencies**

- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to 'own the room'. Soft skills include communication, co-ordination and negotiation.

- Mandarin, Cantonese or Malay speakers will be preferred.

- A natural leader who looks to ensure a positive outcome for the organisation.

- Understands business goals and market perceptions, and how the Client Solutions team impacts both.

- A seeker of information, internal and external, to help drive the right approach and lead to the right outcomes.

- Knowledge of the organisation's offerings, with a strong focus on attention to detail.

**Education and Experience**

- A degree or Master's in Business, Management Consulting, Business Information Systems or a similar related qualification. A degree in Business Analytics or Quantitative Studies is a plus.

- Experience in the Financial Services industry, or in a software company in a different industry, is an advantage but not mandatory.

Through a combination of formal training, programmes and self-learning, successful candidates will quickly build on the experience of the team around them and develop a strong understanding of the principles of the Fenergo platform.

**Is this you?**
