### What You’ll Be Doing

-   Craft visually captivating videos that turn marketing ideas into moments people feel, not just see.
-   Research market and creative trends, benchmark competitors, and translate insights into actionable visual strategies.
-   Transform campaign concepts into dynamic, audience-first visuals that cut through the noise.
-   Collaborate closely with marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
-   Develop visual concepts from idea to execution, experimenting with styles and formats.
-   Spark new directions in brainstorms with bold, culture-aware ideas and a sharp sense of what resonates.
-   Keep up with visual trends, audience behavior, and emerging digital formats.

### What We’re Looking For

-   Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
-   Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Seedance 2.0, Midjourney, Kling, etc.) for generating or enhancing video and visual content.
-   A standout portfolio that shows both taste and technical skill — we care more about your eye than your titles.
-   Curiosity for culture, design, and what makes people stop scrolling.
-   High potential, ambitious, analytical, sharp mind: You don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
-   Proactive, self-directed, fast, focused, and responsive; comfortable working at a startup-style pace
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
