### What You’ll Be Doing

-   Launch, scale, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other key channels
-   Collaborate closely with marketing artists and product teams to develop and test creative assets
-   Manage 3rd party relationships with Customer Success Managers
-   Own campaign strategy, performance analysis, and continuous A/B testing
-   Manage and allocate budgets effectively for maximum ROI
-   Analyze funnel data using tools like Adjust and AppsFlyer to improve conversion and retention
-   Discover new growth opportunities through channel and format experimentation
-   Help define how we market AI-powered experiences to global audiences

### What We’re Looking For

-   5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in mobile apps or games
-   Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
-   Passion for rapid experimentation, data analysis, and creative testing
-   Strong quantitative mindset: able to analyze large datasets, uncover performance patterns, and turn insights into scalable acquisition strategies
-   Solid understanding of marketing technologies (martech) and attribution infrastructure is a strong plus — not just campaign execution, but also understanding how MMPs, event mapping, and signal quality impact performance
-   Highly proactive and comfortable with ownership from day one
-   Self-directed, fast, focused, and responsive; comfortable working at a startup-style pace
-   Experience in creative testing and performance feedback loops
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-   Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust
-   Background in AI or mobile consumer products
