## Description

### Lead the Chilean operation of an EdTech entering its next stage of growth

Lab4U is entering a new chapter following its integration with Britebound, a U.S.-based organization focused on expanding educational opportunities for young people at scale. In this context, the company is seeking its next Country Lead Chile, who will be responsible for consolidating the local commercial operation, strengthening its autonomy, and positioning it as a key platform supporting the organization’s expansion into the United States.

### The Challenge

The Country Lead will be responsible for leading Lab4U’s Chilean operation: strengthening its performance, professionalizing management systems, and developing a structure capable of operating with greater autonomy.

This role involves consolidating the local business, strengthening commercial management, bringing structure to metrics and performance indicators, unit economics, reporting to the U.S. hub, and acting as the CEO’s primary counterpart in Chile. At the same time, the successful candidate will contribute to developing capabilities, processes, and learnings that can be replicated within the U.S. operation.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a complete business unit during a pivotal stage of transformation.

The selected candidate will have direct impact on the results of the Chilean operation, working with an established team and existing structure while having significant room to build, shape teams, improve processes, and leave a lasting mark on the organization.

The position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the U.S. hub, actively contributing to the development of an organization with international reach. Additionally, this person will become the primary face of Lab4U in Chile, representing the company with clients, strategic partners, institutions, and key ecosystem stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall performance of the Chilean operation, taking responsibility for its commercial, financial, and operational results while ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the business.

- Design and implement management frameworks for Revenue, Customer Success, and organizational performance, fostering a data-driven and accountable culture.
- Act as the CEO’s primary counterpart in Chile, contributing to the autonomy of the local operation and reducing dependency on centralized decision-making.
- Prepare executive reports, business analyses, and management dashboards for the leadership team and U.S. hub, ensuring visibility and alignment regarding local business performance.
- Participate actively in strategic meetings with teams and stakeholders in the United States, acting as a bridge between both operations and facilitating the transfer of knowledge, best practices, and capabilities developed in Chile.
- Contribute to the development of processes, systems, and management models that can successfully be replicated in the U.S., supporting the consolidation and scaling of the business in both markets.
- Make decisions regarding resource prioritization, initiatives, and organizational development, balancing local operational needs with global company objectives.
- Lead and support the local team through a period of organizational transformation, promoting focus, clarity, accountability, and a results-oriented culture.
