## Description

The Senior Engagement Strategist, Insights & Analytics turns data into actionable insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. This role leverages analytics, AI-enabled research, and audience intelligence to uncover opportunities, optimize engagement, and guide strategic recommendations across integrated campaigns.

### Responsibilities

-   Translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
-   Leverage AI-enabled research and analytics tools to accelerate insight generation and support strategic decision-making.
-   Analyze qualitative and quantitative data—including social listening, search behavior, CRM, media performance, and audience research—to identify trends and opportunities.
-   Develop measurement frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that evaluate campaign performance and business impact.
-   Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven strategies and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or engagement strategy.
-   Strong ability to transform data into strategic recommendations.
-   Experience with AI-powered research and analytics tools.
-   Knowledge of CRM, social, web, search, media, and audience analytics.
-   Experience creating dashboards, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-   Healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience preferred.

Pay Range- $95,000- $120,000
