## Description

**About the Role:**  
We are looking for a Project Manager – Social & Influencer Operations to lead the execution and continuous improvement of social media and influencer-related initiatives across markets.

This role is focused on driving operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects tied to social media management and influencer programs. You will act as a bridge between strategy, operations, and platform execution, ensuring timelines, processes, and outputs are aligned with business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage end-to-end delivery of social media and influencer-related projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, content, data, and tech) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
-   Support the implementation and optimization of tools and platforms used for social media management and influencer marketing.
-   Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to workflows, processes, and ways of working.
-   Ensure consistency and governance across social and influencer activities, aligning with brand and platform guidelines.
-   Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
-   Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.

## Requirements

**Who You Are:**

-   5–8 years of experience in project management, digital operations, or marketing program management.
-   C1 English Required 
-   Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in fast-paced environments.
-   Experience working with social media and/or influencer marketing initiatives.
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-   Ability to translate business needs into structured execution plans.
-   Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms in a marketing ecosystem.

**Nice to Have:**

-   Familiarity with social media management or influencer platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, etc.).
-   Experience working in global or multi-market environments.
-   Knowledge of digital marketing workflows and campaign execution.
-   Certification in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).
