The work location for this role is Munich.

**About the role**

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, developing, and continuously improving our group-wide planning framework. You will work closely with divisional stakeholders and senior management, ensuring a robust, transparent, and forward-looking planning environment.

Your main responsibilities include

-   Optimizing the planning logic, including model structures, input templates, and the central planning master file (Excel-based).
-   Drive the implementation of the medium-term planning update, aligning targets and financial trajectories with strategic objectives.
-   Synchronize all planning-relevant documents and structures, such as P&L formats, profit center mappings, and divisional data architectures.
-   Assume end-to-end responsibility for the planning cycle, dedicating your full focus to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in all planning activities.

## Requirements

You are a highly skilled and analytically driven professional to take full ownership of our corporate planning processes and

-   Have successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, finance, controlling or an equivalent field.
-   Bring in 2-5 years of working experience in business consulting projects or transaction services, e.g. in a Big4 company, corporate finance department of banks or IT consultancies.
-   Have profound knowledge in MS Office, especially very good knowledge in Excel - excellent skills in creating presentations and structured output are an advantage.
-   Have a proven understanding of business planning and developing fully integrated financial models such as balance sheets, as well as income and cash flow statements.
-   Follow a structured and detail-oriented working style.
-   Have the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels in German and English.
