## Description

Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, committed to protecting people and property. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fire **Sprinkler Foreman** to join our team.

As a Sprinkler Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of sprinkler systems. This includes wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, as well as foam and fire pumps. You will work closely with a team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems
-   Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
-   Inspect and test systems to ensure compliance with codes and standards
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, and provide appropriate solutions
-   Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked
-   Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards at all times

## Requirements

-   Minimum of seven years in a service-oriented role
-   Prior experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
-   Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus
-   Strong leadership and communication skills
-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-   Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-   Ability to pass a background check
-   OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification
-   Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
-   Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-   Flexibility to work occasional weekends, nights, and overtime as needed
