We are looking for a **Payment Operations Analyst** who will be responsible for managing the **end-to-end payment processing workflow -** ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - throughout the process. You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accounts.
-   Ensure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement process.
-   Preemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless process.
-   Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques.
-   Manages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks. Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actions
-   Assist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvements.

## Requirements

-   **0-1 year of relevant work experience.** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**
-   Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
-   Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams.
-   Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative.
-   Experience in payment operations or financial services is a plus, but not required.
-   Amenable to a work on-site 3 days per week in our BGC office.
