We're looking for a customer-oriented **Relationship** **Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored financing solutions.

### Responsibilities

-   **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners, serving as their primary point of contact.
-   **Needs Assessment & Financial Advisory:** Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable financing solutions.
-   **Portfolio Management & Client Retention:** Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
-   **Business Development:** Proactively identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities while staying informed on market and competitor trends.
-   **Service Excellence & Collaboration:** Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.

## Requirements

-   **Industry Experience:** 3-5 years of relationship management experience - preferably in banking, financial services, or lending.
-   **Strong Communication & Relationship Skills:** Excellent interpersonal abilities with a demonstrated capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
-   **Analytical & Decision-Making Ability:** Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making.
-   **Self-Motivated & Independent:** Ability to work independently with high initiative and accountability.
-   **Organizational, Technical & Networking Strength:** Strong time management and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably an established network within the business community.
