We are looking for an exceptional **Junior Finance Associate** who develops a deep understanding of strong finance processes, systems, and controls within a fast-paced, structured environment. You'll spend meaningful time on operational finance: reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and record-keeping. It's not always thrilling, but it's how you build judgment and credibility. Master this, and you earn the opportunity to take on more complex work

**Responsibilities**

1.  Own daily, weekly, and monthly processes, reporting, and reconciliations.
2.  Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3.  Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate across teams.

## Requirements

1.  **Relevant experience:** Maximum 1 year of relevant finance experience in a fintech, tech, or start-up environment or industry as an intern or a full time employee is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
2.  **Academic background:** Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics degree (or equivalent analytical background).
3.  **Excel proficiency:** Excellent Excel skills knowledgeable on different formulas (pivot tables, lookup, raw data cleanup, data reconciliation, creation of basic financial statements)
4.  **Analytical:** Attention to detail and a sharp problem solver. Strong work ethic and ability to adapt.

_Nice to have:_

1.  Finance or accounting internship experience
2.  Campus leadership demonstrating you can juggle competing priorities
3.  Interest in pursuing a CPA
