As part of our ongoing growth, we're strengthening our Collections Team to boost recovery rates and reduce delinquency.

We are seeking a dynamic **Collection Analyst for our Early Stage Accounts** to join our Product Operations team. This role will be doing client calls for desk collection operations. The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

### Responsibilities

-   **Delinquency Management:** Manage M0 and M1 delinquent accounts.
-   **Client Engagement:** Conduct calls, follow-ups, and negotiate payment arrangements or Promises to Pay (PTPs).
-   **Payment Tracking:** Monitor incoming payments and track fulfilled PTPs.
-   **Record Keeping & Collaboration:** Update account records accurately and coordinate across internal teams.
-   **Performance Goals:** Consistently meet target collection rates and daily productivity metrics.

## Requirements

-   **Amenable to 5x RTO work set-up in BGC Taguig.**
-   **Years of Experience:** 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Collection Analyst. Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
-   **Educational Requirement:** Bachelor's degree in any field.
-   **Work Ethic & Drive:** Self-motivated and proactive, insists on excellence and is driven to constantly improve, displays initiative and independence in task execution. Comfortable working with difficult-to-recover accounts.
-   **Teamwork & Collaboration:** Collaborative and able to thrive in team-oriented environments.
-   **Skills & Competencies**

-   Quick learner; able to adapt to and internalize new processes rapidly.
-   Demonstrates efficiency and accuracy in resolving challenges.
