We'll simply say we're looking for someone who enjoys building strong teams, making sound decisions and getting things done. ### What you'll be doing - Lead the New Zealand finance function across financial management, reporting and cash flow. - Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis. - Provide strategic financial advice and commercial insights to the General Manager and senior leadership team. - Lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. - Ensure compliance with New Zealand accounting standards, taxation and statutory obligations. - Oversee treasury, cash flow, insurance and financial contracts. - Provide leadership across payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Strengthen financial controls, governance and operational efficiency. - Develop, mentor and lead the New Zealand Finance team. - Help build a scalable finance function that supports continued business growth. ## Requirements ### About you You'll be an experienced finance leader who combines strong technical capability with commercial judgement and the confidence to operate independently.
