## Description

Sales support is one of those roles where, when it is done well, everyone else looks mysteriously organised. Quotes are clean, vendors are chased, tickets are updated, orders move along, and nobody has to send a “just following up” email with the emotional weight of a hostage note.  

First Focus is looking for a **Sales Support Officer** in the Philippines to support our Client Services team with quoting, procurement coordination, provisioning admin and vendor follow-up.  
You will suit this role if you are organised, detail-focused, comfortable with technical products and services, and able to keep work moving without turning every small issue into a Manila traffic situation. You may also believe a well-built spreadsheet is a thing of quiet beauty, which is fine, we just recommend not opening with that at parties.

## Requirements

**What you’ll be doing**  
You will support the Client Services team by helping coordinate the sales support, quoting, procurement and provisioning process from request through to completion.  
Your responsibilities will include:  

-   Completing service qualifications and checking available options.
-   Preparing accurate quotes using MS Excel and ConnectWise Sell.
-   Maintaining tickets and updates in ConnectWise Manage.
-   Supporting Technical Account Managers with pricing, vendor information and order updates.
-   Researching client requirements, previous purchases and preferred vendors.
-   Seeking competitive pricing from vendors.
-   Confirming stock availability, lead times and order status.
-   Placing orders and receiving stock.
-   Tracking backorders and following up with vendors.
-   Helping ensure quoting, ordering and invoicing details are accurate.
-   Supporting provisioning admin for new services and links.
-   Escalating delays or issues to the right internal teams.
-   Updating internal stakeholders so everyone knows what is happening, which is a small miracle in any business.

**What you’ll bring**  
You do not need to tick every box, but you do need to be accurate, curious and comfortable working through details.  
We are looking for:  

-   At least 2 years of experience in a BPO, technical support, sales support, procurement, coordination or similar environment.
-   Strong administration and coordination skills.
-   High attention to detail.
-   Good problem-solving ability.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Confidence working with internal teams, vendors and sometimes clients.
-   Ability to manage multiple requests at once.
-   Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-   A willingness to learn and **Never Stop Growing**.
-   Experience with procurement, sales administration or order management, desirable but not required.
-   Experience with ConnectWise or another ticketing system, desirable but not required.
-   MSP or technology industry experience, desirable but not required.
